Returns Form

DELIVERY & RETURNS
Covid-19 Outbreak Updates:

Our orders will all be sent via our usual courier services for both UK and international. For your safety, parcels will be left at your address in a safe place and you will be notified of delivery via email. Customers are encouraged to choose a preferred safe place to avoid contact.

 

Next day delivery on UK Standard Delivery orders places before 2pm.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day, when ordered before 2pm for next day delivery, wherever possible. On occasion, we may not be able to adhere to this policy, in which case your order will be with you as soon as possible.



Purchases are delivered using various shippers according to the delivery address and some orders will require a signature upon delivery.

We will keep you informed on the progress of your order via email.

We will issue a dispatch confirmation when your order has left our warehouse.

In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving please email us on orders@mia-uk.com, stating your order number and we will investigate with our couriers and keep you informed via email.

Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as working days.


Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition, unworn with all tags attached and within 30 days of the date shown on your delivery note. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is indicated in the product description contained on the website www.mia-uk.com

If you return items outside the 30-day return period we will be unable to process your return. If this is the case and you require the item returning to you, you will be required to pay the cost of the postage.


How to make a return

Please fully complete the Returns Form you receive with your order. If you do not have a Returns Form within your parcel please email orders@mia-uk.com

Please note we cannot take responsibility for returned parcels until they are back in our care, therefore we recommend you return them via a trackable service. The item must be repacked, along with the returns form in the same condition as it was received.

Return to the address detailed on the Returns Form.

We recommend using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery so your parcel is insured and can be tracked. Mia cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit.

Mia does not cover the cost of returning the item.


Refunds

If the item meets all our requirements (unworn, odour free with all tags attached) a refund will normally be made within 14 working days of receipt. If you have not received a refund after 14 working days, please contact our Customer Services Department on 01983 810581 or at orders@mia-uk.com. Please do not contact Mia before 14 working days has elapsed from our receipt of your return. Mia does not refund the original delivery cost.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on items purchased online. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the item, please return it to us for refund in line with the terms set out on this page.


RETURNING AN ITEM

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund. With the Mia 30 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, with original labels still intact, with a copy of your receipt, and make sure that the goods are in the same condition you received them. We recommend posting using a signed for service and remember to keep your postage receipt. If you are returning an item from outside the EU please make sure you mark your parcel as 'Returned Goods' to avoid customs charges.


RETURNING SHOES

If you are returning shoes to us please do not use the shoebox as the outer packaging. Shoeboxes should be wrapped in plastic or paper packaging before being shipped back to us.


RETURNING AN INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEM

If we have made a mistake and sent an incorrect item, we will be happy to rectify it if you email orders@mia-uk.com or call us on 01983 810581.


RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM

If you are, for any reason not 100% satisfied or there is a fault you must contact the Customer Services Department on 01983 810581 or email orders@mia-uk.com including your name, order number and details of the fault and we will do our very best to ship a replacement, repair the item or refund you.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure your returned item reaches us safely. We advise that you ship your item/s using a service that insures you for the value and guarantees delivery. Please keep your postage receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your item/s.

Please do not remove labels or tags when trying on items of clothing and make sure you are not wearing deodorant or perfume that can leave marks or a scent on the clothing. If we find that evidence that these instructions have not bee followed, we will be unable to accept the return.

Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging.

Returning shows: Please do not use the original shoe box as the outer packaging when returning shoes. Shoeboxes should be sent in a mailing bag or wrapped in brown parcel paper.
